IngegnI-store.com accepts the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Union Pay); PayPal (to create a paypal account, please visit paypal.com), Apple Pay (for iOS devices only) and local payments (Alipay for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; Sofort for Germany, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland ; iDeal for Netherlands).
Please note that all transactions are subject to verification with your card issuer. Your credit card will only be charged when the order is finalized, and we cannot be held responsible for a card issuer rejecting the transaction. We also conduct a standard pre-authorization on your card; the products will not be shipped until these checks have been carried out. Please note that your card issuer may charge a processing fee or administrative fee, and that we are not responsible for any such fees.
PLEASE NOTE that it may take additional time for the bank to refund the funds to your account.
Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment into our account. Refunds for returns will be charged to the bank account with which the order was paid.

Shipping costs (at the listed price) will automatically be added to the total amount due once your items appear in your shopping bag and you've selected your desired shipping method. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change at any time; however, these changes do not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation. Payments, as well as refunds for shipments, are all invoiced in Euros (EUR).
